When will my listing be indexed and appear on search engines (Google, Yahoo, etc.)?

Search engines crawl and index our pages continuously. Typically it takes 1-2 weeks (in rare cases up to 4 weeks) for your listing to be indexed and appear in the search engines. Please note that people may find our listing using search box on our own website, or by browsing listings in by location.

My business is included in this directory but I have not previously registered on this site

Our search robot might have found your business and created listing in our directory automatically. If you want to update already existing listing: submit your business details. We will verify the submission to prevent fraudulent claims and then remove your old listing. If you want to remove existing listing: please send a request by e-mail.

Do you follow robots.txt protocol? What if I want my business to be excluded from your directory?

The robot exclusion standard, also known as the Robots Exclusion Protocol or robots.txt protocol, is a convention to prevent cooperating web spiders and other web robots from accessing all or part of a website which is otherwise publicly viewable.

We do respect and follow Robots Exclusion Protocol.
If you do not want to be listed in our directory, e-mail a request to our custumer support or use a robots.txt to disallow our robot to crawl our website content by adding following text to your robots.txt file:

Why my copyrighted images appear on your website? Do you infringe my copyright?

Please note that we do _not_ host your images on our website servers. Our crawl robot only takes thumbnails of your images that point to _your_ orginal images on _your_ website. Please not that other major search engines such as Google Image Search, Yahoo Image Search provide same functionality as we do – all with compliance with Digial Millenium Copyright Act and other copyright laws.
